Who are the Texan Peacocks?
Texan Peacocks are an exciting rock and roll party cover band with an awesome set of classic songs from the 60's and 70's through to modern day.
Texan Peacocks play totally live music with acoustic drums, valve amplifiers and no backing tracks! They have their own PA system and lighting system. This creates a raw sound which simply cannot be recreated in any other way. Listed to the band here.
The band were formed in March 2003 and are based in Warwickshire, Midlands, England, UK.
The set has been carefully crafted to appeal to audiences of all age groups with tracks borrowed from The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Police, Blondie, The Killers, Franz Ferdinand, Kaiser Chiefs, The Smiths, The Jam, Feeder and much more see our full set list.
All members of the band are experienced musicians who have a long history playing together that dates back to teenage years in the 1980's. The 5-piece party band features guitar, bass, drums, percussion and lead & harmony vocals.

- Andy (Fingers) Danks - Bass and backing vocals.
- Paul (Pablo) Lloyd - Percussion and backing vocals.
- Tex Austin - Vocals and rhythm guitar.
- Ru (The Professor) Carr-Smith - Drums and backing vocals.
- Renny Badham - Lead guitar and backing vocals.
